Not every business needs a monthly IT plan. If something's broken and you just need it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing, call or text us. You pay for the time it takes and nothing else.
What We Handle
If it plugs in, connects to a network, or stores your data, there's a good chance we've fixed it before.
Machines that won't boot, run unbearably slow, blue screen, or have stopped talking to the printer. Windows and Mac, desktops and laptops.
Wi-Fi dead zones, connections that drop constantly, a new router that needs configuring properly, or a network that slowed to a crawl for no obvious reason.
Email not sending or receiving, account setup on new devices, mailbox migrations, shared mailbox permissions, and Microsoft 365 configuration.
Suspicious pop-ups, a machine acting strangely, or a suspected infection. We clean it up and tell you honestly how it got in so it doesn't happen twice.
Files that disappeared, a drive that stopped being recognized, or a backup that needs restoring. Also: setting up a backup properly so the next time isn't a crisis.
New computers that need configuring, data moved off an old machine, printers and peripherals installed, or a workstation set up for a new hire.
Calling us often? If you're placing hourly calls most months, fully managed IT usually costs less and prevents most of those issues from happening in the first place. We'll tell you when you've crossed that line rather than quietly billing hourly forever.
Who It's For
Plenty of businesses genuinely don't need a monthly IT plan. If you have a handful of computers, stable systems, and problems that come up a few times a year, paying a monthly retainer would be paying for capacity you don't use.
Hourly support means you get the same technicians and the same expertise our managed clients get โ you just only pay when you actually need us.
Common Questions
Rates depend on whether the work is remote or on-site and how urgent it is. Call or text us with what's going on and we'll tell you the rate up front โ you'll never get an invoice with a number you weren't expecting. See pricing for how our rate structures work.
There's a minimum billing increment for on-site visits since travel time is real. For remote work we bill the time it takes. We'll be clear about which applies before we start.
Managed clients get priority, so hourly response depends on our schedule that day. That said, a lot of issues get resolved remotely within the hour. If it's a genuine emergency, tell us โ we have emergency response for situations that can't wait.
Our IT support is focused on businesses. For home users we generally handle residential camera systems rather than general computer repair โ call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Absolutely, and we'll tell you when it makes financial sense to. If you're calling us regularly, a monthly plan is usually cheaper and stops the problems recurring. There's no penalty for starting hourly.
No contract required. Call or text and we'll tell you what it'll take and what it'll cost. Serving Cincinnati, Clermont, Hamilton, Warren, and Butler County.
