One flat monthly rate covers your whole technology environment โ monitoring, security, help desk, updates, and planning. You stop thinking about IT and get back to running your business.
What You Get
Fully managed means exactly that. We take responsibility for your technology working โ not just fixing it after it breaks.
Your servers, workstations, and network are watched around the clock. Failing drives, capacity problems, and security events get flagged and addressed before they turn into downtime you'd actually notice.
Your team calls or texts us directly โ no ticket queue purgatory, no per-incident billing. Sub-30 minute response, and the same technicians every time so they know your environment.
Endpoint protection, patch management, and threat monitoring are part of the plan, not an upsell. We keep your systems current because unpatched software is how most small businesses actually get breached.
We handle procurement, setup, and lifecycle planning for your equipment, and we deal with your internet provider and software vendors so you don't have to sit on hold explaining the problem twice.
Regular reporting on the health of your environment plus real budget guidance โ what needs replacing, when, and roughly what it'll cost. No surprise five-figure emergencies.
One monthly rate based on your users and devices. Your IT cost becomes a line item you can plan around instead of an unpredictable expense that spikes whenever something breaks.
Not sure if fully managed is right for you? If you already have internal IT staff, co-managed IT may be a better fit. If you only need occasional help, look at hourly IT support.
Why It Works
Break/fix IT feels cheaper because you only pay when something goes wrong. But the invoice isn't the real cost โ the real cost is the half-day your staff couldn't work, the order that didn't ship, and the backup nobody verified until you needed it.
Managed IT flips the incentive. We're paid to keep things running, which means we're motivated to prevent problems rather than bill for them.
Getting Started
Switching IT providers sounds disruptive. Done properly, it isn't.
We inventory what you have โ hardware, software, network, security posture โ and tell you honestly what shape it's in.
You get a clear scope and a flat monthly price, plus a plan for anything that needs remediation before we take over.
We deploy monitoring, document your environment, and address the urgent items. Your team keeps working throughout.
Day-to-day support plus regular check-ins on where your technology is heading and what's coming up.
Common Questions
Pricing is based on your number of users and devices and the complexity of your environment. We quote a flat monthly rate after an assessment so the number is real rather than a guess. See our pricing page for how our rate structures work.
No. We offer month-to-month arrangements as well as annual agreements. Annual terms come with better pricing, but we'd rather earn the renewal than trap you in one.
Typically small to mid-size businesses without full-time IT staff, or with one person handling IT alongside another role. If you have a full internal IT department, co-managed IT is usually the better structure.
Our standard hours are 7AM to 7PM ET, seven days a week โ including weekends, which most providers don't cover. For genuine emergencies outside those hours we offer emergency response; see pricing for details.
Usually, yes. Part of the assessment is identifying what's fine to keep, what's nearing end of life, and what's actively creating risk. We won't tell you to replace working equipment just to sell hardware.
